	Copies of 2002 and 2003 W-2 forms for all borrowers.
	Copies of 2002 and 2003 Federal tax returns including all schedules.
	Copy of the purchase agreement or escrow instructions on the home you are purchasing.
	Name and phone number of your realtor® or tract sales office.
	Check in the amount of $15 for the credit report fee made payable to LoanGal.com Appraisal Check. (Appraisal fee is based on the value of the subject property)
	Copies of your most recent 2 months statements or quarterly statements for all checking, savings, investment, IRA/401K or stock brokerage accounts (Please include all pages of statements)
	Copy of driver's license for all borrowers. (Patriot Act identification requirement)
