Heidi Rivas Makes Donation to Single Mothers Outreach
SANTA
CLARITA, CA --
Heidi Rivas, President of LoanGal.com, a Crown
Home Loans Company, made a donation to the Single Mothers
Outreach
of Santa Clarita Valley to help rebuild our community,
maintain our newfound sense of unity, and to work to
strengthen our families.
Since 1995, Single Mothers Outreach of Santa Clarita Valley
has been working to empower single mothers through the
promotion of educational, emotional, and economic welfare, by
providing services such as transitional housing, food, tuition
assistance, job training and placement, minor medical and
minor auto repairs, support groups and couseling. "My company and I
are very excited to support with this cause and to help single
mothers in need. Also, I encourage everyone to contribute

Heidi Rivas, a College of The Canyons, Alum Sponsors Football
Season
SANTA CLARITA, CA -- With a
check for $10,000, Heidi Rivas became the official sponsor of
the College of the Canyons 2006 football campaign this week.
The Heidi Rivas is a COC alumni and are the founder of Crown
Home Loans, “Santa Clarita’s Trusted Lender", a leading
mortgage company in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Season sponsorships allow the
nationally-ranked COC Cougar football team to buy new
equipment and replace older materials used on the field, as
well as help meet unexpected team needs that arise during a
typical football season.
“We are happy and honored to
give something back to our alma mater,” said Heidi Rivas,
“since the education I received there helped set me on course
for an excellent career. The football program,” stressed
Rivas, “has brought regional, state and national recognition
not only to the COC football program, but to all of the Santa
Clarita Valley by association.”
Heidi Rivas continued her
education at UCLA where she earned a bachelor’s degree in
physiological sciences.
“We are passionate about our
business, our community and our powerhouse COC football team,”
said Rivas, “and we are confident that this year’s team will
distinguish itself just as previous years’ teams have
distinguished themselves on a state and national level.
Success on the playing field,” said Rivas, “is a community
tradition which is very attractive to families looking to
relocate here. It is a reflection of a community’s commitment

The COC football season begins
7 p.m. September 2 as the Cougars host Chaffey College.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students, seniors and
children and are available at the gate.

Heidi Rivas Donates to the Assistance League of Santa Clarita
SANTA

Home Loans Company, made a donation to the Assistance League
of Santa Clarita to sponsor the 16th. Annual Footsteps 5K
Run/Walk on April 30, 2006. Heidi's donation will mean
new shoes, clothing and backpacks to less fortunate children
in Santa Clarita who don't have access to these basic
necessities to attend school. Last year, over 1,300
names of less fortunate students were referred by their
teachers to the Assistance League for help. "As a mother
of two small boys, I feel disturbed that many of our children
are missing these basic necessities. My company and I
are very happy to help with this cause and bring a smile to
our children. Also, I encourage everyone to contribute
to this special charity" said Heidi Rivas.

Fannie Mae Announces 2006 Conforming Loan Limit of $417,000
(December 3, 2005)
WASHINGTON, DC -- Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE) today announced that
it will apply new conforming loan limits, as determined by the
Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) based
on federal data on mean (average) home prices, to increase its
single-family mortgage loan limit to $417,000 for 2006.
As a result
of the new loan limit, Fannie Mae estimates that in 2006, as
many as an additional 466,326 homeowners would be eligible for
a conforming loan.
Conforming
loan limits may adjust annually. The conforming loan limits
adjustments are based on the October-to-October changes in the
mean (average) home price, as published by the Federal Housing
Finance Board (FHFB). The FHFB figures come from its monthly
survey of lenders. Both new and existing homes are included in
the survey.
Limits for
multi-unit loans for 2006 will be as follows: two-family loans
$533,850, three-family loans $645,300, and four-family loans
$801,950. The 2006 loan limit for second mortgages will be
$208,500.

millions of first-time home buyers; help raise the minority
homeownership rate to 55 percent; make homeownership and
